ICU HAIKU
Her stark collarbone
and shoulder joint, the blueish
valley underneath.
FUNERAL MASS HAIKU
Max wears sunglasses,
hiding tears, says the incense
smells like burnt hotdogs.
DAISIES HAIKU
The casket’s bouquets
are teardrop-shaped. At the grave
they look like two hearts.
